We are The New Jersey Misfits Racing Team. We race quarter midgets and are based in Frenchtown NJ. Our home club is Oaklane Quarter Midget Speedway in Quakertown PA.
Our driver is 9 year old Matthew Orlik Jr. He started racing quarter midgets at the age of 5. Currently he drives in 3 classes. Sr Honda, Sr animal, and Lt160.
Our team receives support from the Mike's Towing and Recovery in Bridgewater NJ, the New Jersey Misfits Canine Rescue, and the Point Pleasant Elks lodge 1698. Their support helps us keep our safety equipment up to date as well as help to maintain the cars throughout the season. We are very grateful for their support, without it we couldn't do what we do!
We have plans to follow the entire Northeast Titan .25 Quarter Midget Racing Series in 2023 which holds events in Honey Brook PA, Wall township NJ, Syracuse NY, Oswego NY, Meriden CT, Quakertown PA, and Thompson CT.
